It was weird it was so so weird. But I loved every minute, well it might have been a little racy for me but still it was great. Now it's not for everyone, it's a little twisted, little dark, "I really should have expected the hand that reached out and wrapped itself around the column of my neck. Achilles’s favorite pastime, aside from killing people, seemed to be choking me, after all. His grip was nowhere near tight enough to cut my air supply, though, so I had to assume he was just telling me to shut up in his own special language." Now this was early on in the book and it bothered me, because abuse is not something I normally tolerate but I had really been enjoying the book and didn't want to give it up just yet so I kept reading, but I think it did affect my opinion of the book as a whole. What got me to read it in the first place was when I looked at the genre and saw Anti-Hero, because I've always had this thing for hero's who do what needs to be done, not what should be done. Like what if after The Joker had escaped from Arkham say three times, Batman had just killed him? How many lives would have been saved? Anyway other then the slight choking and slight racy-ness I loved it, in fact if it weren't for the aforementioned things I most likely would have given it 5 stars.
