Review: Thicker Than Water

Thicker Than Water Thicker Than Water by Brigid Kemmerer
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I finally got the book I've been wanting for the past three months and it was perfect. The heroine Charlotte, was amazing, she could fight, she was smart, she hated the role of the helpless girl, she reminded me of Katy from the Lux books, mostly because of her relationship with Thomas, (the male protagonist) whenever they fought it was very tit for tat oh! Like that song Kiss With A Fist, and she has overprotective brothers which I only have one, but it's like having three parents. I also liked Thomas, he was kind of weird or "intense" sometimes but that really added another layer to the story, and even though he was an ass sometimes he was also really nice sometimes, like when he carried her through the woods after she fell, but come to think of it that was really it, he was an ass the rest of the time. But the best part was...(drum roll please) the cliffhanger ending! :O :O
